Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Should have basic knowledge on installation of OS and Applications
  • Monitoring and administration of the IT Infrastructure like laptop, desktop and printer.
  • MS office 2010/2016/2019
*Basic knowledge on installation & troubleshooting on windows server operating system

  • Added advantage if you have knowledge on work group/Domain/DNS/DHCP
