1.Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your assigned geographic area- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and on-boarding processes and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners in the region
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key Merchants.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area as needed
