Job Title**:
Management and Commerce Faculty Member


Position Summary:


The Management and Commerce Faculty Member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in management, commerce, business administration, and related fields.

The faculty member will engage in scholarly research, participate in departmental and university service activities, and contribute to the overall academic and professional development of students.


Responsibilities:

1.


Teaching and Instruction:


  • Prepare course materials such as syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, and workshops to facilitate student learning.
  • Provide guidance and support to students through office hours, advising, and mentoring.

Research and Scholarship:


  • Conduct research in areas related to management, commerce, business strategy, finance, marketing, or other relevant fields.
  • Publish research findings in peerreviewed journals, books, or other scholarly outlets.
  • Seek external funding and grants to support research initiatives.

Academic Administration:


  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and assessment activities.
  • Contribute to the development and review of academic programs and courses.
  • Serve on faculty committees and engage in academic governance as needed.

Student Engagement and Support:


  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.
  • Provide academic advising, career guidance, and support for student projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in student recruitment, orientation programs, and extracurricular activities.
5.


Professional Development:


  • Stay current with developments in the field of management, commerce, and higher education.
  • Attend conferences, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance teaching and research skills.
  • Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the scholarship of teaching and learning.

Qualifications:


  • A Ph.
D. or equivalent terminal degree in management, commerce, business administration, or a related field.

  • Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of management such as strategic management, organizational behavior, finance, marketing, etc.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
  • Commitment to academic excellence, student success, and continuous professional development.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fresher


Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
