Description

Supervising Production Activities:
Directly manage day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, coordinating workflows, and assigning tasks to production team members.

Team Management: Lead, inspire, and guide production personnel to create a positive work atmosphere and enhance productivity. Provide necessary training and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines to guarantee a secure work environment for all staff. Conduct regular safety inspections, implement corrective actions, and raise safety awareness among team members.
Quality Control: Supervise production processes to uphold high-quality standards and meet specifications. Implement quality control procedures, perform inspections, and address any quality-related concerns promptly.
Production Planning: Collaborate with management and other departments to establish production schedules, define production objectives, and prioritize tasks to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor raw material and finished goods stock, and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply and distribution.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify areas for enhancement. Develop strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce expenses.
Troubleshooting: Resolve operational issues or equipment malfunctions during production. Coordinate with maintenance personnel to address technical problems and minimize downtime.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including reports, inventory logs, and employee documentation. Generate regular reports for management evaluation and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and streamline operations. Foster innovation and implement best practices for operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Fresh BE EEE, ECE OR 2+ years of experience Diploma BE EEE, ECE in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing setting
Thorough knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions under pressure, and effectively solve problems
Understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
