    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design machine learning solutions for diverse use-cases, including churn prediction, time-series forecasting, and personalization.

    Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models, leveraging both open-source algorithms and proprietary techniques for training custom neural networks.

    Work closely with data engineers and AI agents to ensure seamless integration of data sources and effective data wrangling for model training.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of our autonomous AI service by researching and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques and algorithms.

    Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models in production, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

    Collaborate with the product team to understand user feedback and iterate on machine learning models for improved accuracy and effectiveness.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning, and actively share knowledge within the team.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.
    D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

    Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
    Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in deploying machine learning models on cloud infrastructure.
    Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and their practical applications.
    Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large-scale datasets.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
