Description
Hiring for front Desk cum Admin executive

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answered screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Handling the admin work, handling pantry & Housekeeping staff, inventories, vendors

Requirements and skills

  • Qualification
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Admin or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Noida,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
