2.Should havegood knowledge of PMC programming &Maintenance of :

• SIEMENS CNCcontrollers 810D840D 840DSL
• Robot controllersABB Pick & place Fanuc MitsubishiSCARA

3.Should have goodknowledge

• PLCprogramming & Maintenance of PLC controllers:Mitsubishi FX /Q series Siemens S7300 SiemensVIPA.

• VFD systems: Mitsubishi Danfosssiemens ABB.

4.Should be able to upload / download SRAMBackup Programs Parameters Ladder from CNC &PLCs.

5.Should be able to work on PC basedsystems with HDDs.

6.Should have exposure inMechatronics knows basics of sensorsactuators pneumatics hydraulics used in Mechanical systemscalibration of systems.

7.Experience on machinePLC logic developmentindependently.

8.Experience onexecuting AMC of critical machine maintenance& calibration.

9.Should have knowledgeand exposure in implementation of TPMsystems in Machine shop including JH activities PMactivities TBM / CBM MTTR/MTBF etc.

And knows about kaizenPokayoke Karakuri 5S etc.

10.Indepth knowledge about PM conceptslike WhyWhy analysis root cause analysis fault treeanalysis FMEA implementation of corrective actions on variousequipment.

11.Experience onPlanning & execution of PMactivities as per plan.

12.Upkeepof Maintenance information: Machine backup data drawingModifications Manuals BD history Countermeasures taken analysisdone etc.

13.Knowledge ofSAP systems for procurement of spares &inventory management.

14.Knowledge about latesttechnological changes in industry IoTAI Smart manufacturing.

15.Experience of workingon projects related to IIoT & Cloudintegration & new sensors.

JobDescription

1.BreakdownMaintenance:

• To Achieve & Sustain Zerobreakdown & minor stoppages in Machine shop equipment slike CNC HMC VMC SPMS honing PLC automations pick & placerobots LCA automations.
• Guide and support team members for quickrestoration of daily equipment failures. Do kaizens for reducingMTTR.
• Analysis ofeach failure using tools like whywhy analysis root cause failureanalysis Fault tree analysis FMEA and take immediate restorationactions & countermeasure corrective action to IncreaseMTBF.
• Execute variousAMCs for Maintenance and servicing of precision equipment s likeCMM tool presters etc. Coordinate with Vendors & centralteam for systematic execution.
• Planning & implementation ofactivities for Zero failures in Electronics systems like FANUCservo drives siemens LT modules 24V SMPS Various CNC control PCBsetc.

2.PreventiveMaintenance:

• To Carryout planned maintenanceactivities as per yearly/monthly/daily planning of variousequipment s like CNC machines HMC VMC Honing SCARA PLC automationsHydraulic & pneumatic Press machines washing machines ARPsetc.
• To Improve& sustain Preventive Maintenance system of Machine shop bydoing various kaizens related to MTBPM (part life enhancement)& MTTPM.
• Regularly revisit & update documentsin PM plan shop equipment s PM check sheetsetc.
• Daily/Weekly review of PMsystem through PM board for sustenance &improvement.

3.Predictivemaintenance:

• To carry out CBM activities as per plan.Develop new CBM tools & techniques to enhance the CBMefficiency. do kaizens based on CBM data monitoring &analysis.

4.Budget& Spares Planning &procurement:

• Planning of fixed cost & sparesbudget for machine shop
• Planning of Spares required for generalconsumables RBM CBM TBM & Insurance spares ular procurement as per requirement.

6.Systems &updates:

• Daily use of CMMS system for PM systemcompliance: Breakdown entry & Whywhy analysis PM complianceEquipment masters PM plan Inventory managementetc.
• Use of SAPsystem for Procurement of spares & Sparesmanagement.
• MPinformation system (Maintenanceprevention).

7.Implementation of activitieslike Corrective maintenance Reliabilitycentered Maintenance Life cycle cost analysis Artificialintelligence Online machine health monitoringSystems.

• Initiate upgradation reconditioning andmodifications in machine.

8.Improvementactivities based on:

1. happened BD cases inprocess defects internalcustomer complaints Safety requirements Quality requirements errorproofing.
2. Maintenancecost saving through alternate source inhouse development importsubstitutes etc.
3. Energy Daily Shop energy monitoring &plan for energy consumption reduction through new initiativestechnological upgradations etc.

9.Adapt to new technology &trends

• Plan for adaption of new technology changesin Industry 4.0 & IOT smartmanufacturing automatons AI Vision technology etc.
• Guide team members on dailyissues and get the work done from them moreeffectively.
• Effective communication withthe people down the level and people at higher level.
