Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers in Nepali and Hindi
Promote our top-notch products/services and highlight their benefits
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support
Maintain accurate records and update the customer database
Achieve individual and team targets to drive our growth

Requirements:
Fluency in both Nepali and Hindi languages
Exceptional verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others
Previous telesales or customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Basic computer skills and a quick learner
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
