Position:
Architect/Designer
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using industrystandard software
- Create innovative and functional design solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design capabilities
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong design sensibility and creativity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Previous experience in architectural design or related field is preferred
Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
