- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle US Payroll and/or Canada Payroll modules (minimum 2 full implementations)
- Write, debug, and maintain Oracle HCM Payroll Extracts and Fast Formulas
- Develop and maintain OTBI/BI reports and create HDL data load templates
- Configure and manage various payroll elements including Calculation Cards, Element Entries, Balances, Payment Methods, and Payment Distribution
- Understand and support Payroll functionalities like Quick Pay, Payroll Flow, Retro Processing, and year-end activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day payroll issues and provide production support
- Customize seeded payroll templates and reports to meet business requirements
- Analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution and coordinate patch, smoke, and regression testing
- Create and maintain configuration workbooks and relevant documentation including process flows, data flow diagrams, design documents, and training materials
- Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and obtain UAT sign-off by working closely with business users
- Generate ad hoc reports to monitor application health and track issue resolution status to meet SLA and KPI targets
- Conduct new feature sessions and user training independently for clients and stakeholders
- Manage the HCM track independently, including client interactions, business requirement meetings, and training sessions
- Support year-end payroll activities and ensure smooth transitions
- Collaborate across modules and understand integrations with Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management (preferred)
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications focusing on US Payroll and/or Canada Payroll
- Proven track record of at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Payroll modules
- Expertise in writing and debugging Oracle HCM Payroll Extracts and Fast Formulas
- Strong skills in OTBI/BI report development and HDL template creation
- In-depth understanding of payroll configuration, processing flows, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing payroll elements, payment methods, and payroll calculations
- Hands-on experience with fit-gap analysis, unit testing, UAT, and client sign-off processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively in team environments to meet SLAs
- Experience in preparing detailed documentation and training materials
- Knowledge of other Fusion HCM modules is a plus
