Assists in the implementation of the Operations training philosophy/vision.
Coaches, mentors, and develops staff to achieve training goals.
Facilitate classroom, virtual, and floor huddle training sessions to support operations
Independently manage ongoing training programs; assess and recommend changes to training programs and provide input into development of new training programs
Schedule training, coordinate resources, and maintain records of training sessions and participants.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by deploying measurement and feedback tools
Ability to develop, refine or revise basic instructional materials (PowerPoint presentations, facilitator/user manuals, job aids, assessments)
Conducts trainthetrainer courses of training material to ensure that all material is understood and delivered in an appropriate manner.
Participates in content reviews with major stakeholders to ensure accuracy and validity of all training deliverables.
Provides support for the Learning Management System, including building curriculum, creating learning plans, appending users, proofing content, providing reports on training
Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with management to ensure that the training curriculum addresses gaps and needs
Support the operation's during system and production implementation of new procedures and processes.
Maintain the training system environment for ongoing training
