Loading/Checking Hotel Contracted rates and Promotional rates (New Offer)
Provided accurate and appropriate information about Hotel
Updating and Maintaining Sold out for Contracted Hotel.
Updating Offers and revised rates for Contracted Hotels.

Job Description:

Be a part of the Operations team / Team lead for operations:
Responding to client queries & ensures they are completed in time.
Handling enquiries with an appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques
Upload rates and inventory for self contracted hotels.
Handling the entire reservation process and ensure that the data is correctly entered into

the system

Interacting with clients to assist them with doubts or queries
Interact with suppliers for amendments, modifications, refunds or client service issues
Manage traveler issues arising during the trip
Participate in office administration & supplier relationship.

Working Days :
Monday to Saturday [ 2 & 4 Saturday off ]|10.30am to 07.00pm
