We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated US IT Recruiter with a focus on direct hire job orders to join our dynamic team.

As a Direct Hire Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of direct hire job requirements, including technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven success in US IT recruitment with a focus on direct hire placements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Ceipal (ATS) is a plus.
