    Position Summary:


    We are seeking an experienced Process Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at our head office in Panchkula, Haryana.

    This role requires a deep understanding of the process plant design of industrial equipment specifically used in wastewater treatment industries.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Process Plant designing of ETP, STP, UF, RO, and ZLD Units.

    Analyzing Heat and Mass Balance:
    Conduct a detailed analysis of heat and mass balance in heat
    exchangers, compressors, evaporators, ZLDs, and mechanical vapour recompression units.

    Expertise in design software like ASPEN/MATLAB/ChemCAD, or other relevant design tools to design and simulate processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with industry standards.


    Collaboration and Teamwork:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production to achieve project goals.
    Preparation of standard Bill of Quantity and basic costing.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Engage in ongoing research and development to enhance existing processes and explore new technologies.

    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering or a related field along with minimum of 4 years of experience in the designing of various engineering processes, preferably in the wastewater treatment industry.

    Profound knowledge of drafting tools such as AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and/or Fusion 360.
    Strong understanding of fabrication standards necessary for high-quality manufacturing.
    Hands-on experience with relevant design and process simulation software like ASPEN/ MATLAB/ChemCAD, or other relevant design tools.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to stringent deadlines.
