To be successful as a real estate sales manager you should be able to build positive, long-term relationships and support clients in the decision-making process by identifying solutions that most closely meet their needs.

Education Qualification - Any Graduate/MBA

Job Description -
- Initiate phone conversations with clients from leads given by the company.
- Counsel clients on market conditions & prices.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Arranging site visits of the clients.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to close the deal.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Meeting with prospective clients understand his/ her requirement and explained projects.

Skills/Abilities -
- Should Have Sound Communication Skills.
- Should Be Able To Convert Leads To Business Deals With Good Presentation Of Product features And Benefits.
- Should Have Strong Followup And Coordination Skills.
- Should Be Good At Building Professional relationship And Able To Influence Others.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
