Description

Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of investors and startups in the context of the investment management platform.

Develop a UX strategy that aligns with the overall product vision and business goals, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into visually engaging and functional user interfaces.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the product development lifecycle.

Design interfaces that are responsive and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes, providing a consistent and enjoyable experience for users.

Create design documentation, including style guides, design principles, and specifications, to guide development teams in implementing the designs accurately.

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on financial products, preferably in the startup investment or fintech sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI design solutions for loan products, financial tools, or investment management platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with design systems and the ability to contribute to their development and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to crossfunctional teams.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Knowledge of frontend development technologies is a plus.
