Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist HR Manager in onboarding process of new hires.
- Track employee training and maintain training records.
- Handle basic employee enquiries and escalate issues to HR manager as needed.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Participate in the resolution of minor employee routine issues.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate & prepare documents for audits and compliance reviews.
- Help in the distribution of HRrelated communications to employees.
- Assist in maintaining HRrelated content on centralized internal communication platform.
- Support the administration of time and attendance systems.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines, collect feedback and
- Support in the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Support in the planning and coordination of employee events, rewards and recognition
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications & Skill Required
- High Calibre Graduates from HR, Psychology or Marketing discipline.
- 12 Years of work experience in recruitment, Telemarking and Administrative functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking.
- Selfstarter.
- Presentable and pleasing personality.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality & Problemsolving skills.
