Are you a graduated fresher seeking an IT-based role? We are hiring an IT bench sales recruiter for our offshore office in Hyderabad/ IndiaPosition Overview:
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to determine staffing needs on Various IT platforms like Network Engineers / Java fullstack /.Net Developers so on and so forth
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Procuring the Interview slots for our Consultants
- Manage fullcycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
Requirements:
- Strong negotiating and communication skills
- Active on social media, professional networking sites, and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
Timing's USA EST - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
India - 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST
Location - Hitech city / Hyderabad
Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
