Description

We are currently seeking a Frontend Developer with at least 3 project experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications across a range of subjects and for a diverse clientele. This is a unique opportunity to engage in full-time projects with some of the world's largest and most prominent companies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested, and performant UI/UX code,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects,
Stay updated with the latest frontend technology trends and Identify areas where existing code can be optimized and suggest improvements,
Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical debates to ensure quality,
Work closely with QA to identify and address any bugs or performance issues and continuously optimize the application's speed through various means such as image compression, minification,
Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their career growth within the organization,
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third-party libraries,
Participate in recruitment efforts, helping to identify top talent and collaborating during interviews and assessments,
Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability under pressure,
Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,
5+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant, and efficient frontend applications,
Proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux toolkit, Flux),
Hands-on experience in building tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme,
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with performance test frameworks viz. Mocha or Jest,
Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code,
Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance,
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

What 3 things from the box above are most important?

Minimum of 3 completed projects in Frontend Development,
Proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, NextJS JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and
Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
