5+ years of hands-on experience with implementing NICE Cloud

  • Experience in implementing capabilities including (but not limited to): Omnichannel Queuing, routing, and Social Media management systems on the enterprise level.
  • Experience with Social Listening and Social Publishing Software
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment
  • Proficient in conducting Cloud contact center solutions roadmap sessions with business leadership, vendor architecture and sales support.
  • Experience providing digital experience, business automation solutions using AI/ML as well as contact center technologies
  • Good understanding of public cloud (Salesforce, AWS, Google, Microsoft) computing architectures and services
  • Provides solution consulting, technical design, and sales support for account opportunities
  • Provides ownership of Technical Solution Deliverables

These could include:

  • Participating in Discovery and Documentation of Business Requirements, Infrastructure Requirements
  • Participating in Solution/Delivery Assurance and Professional Services Handoff meetings
