Language Proficiency:Should be fluent in
English and Tamil:
Communication:Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.
Experience:Minimum 1 + years Experience
- Freshers or with experience in tele calling, customer experience dept, customer care, relationship management etc. may apply.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out and handling collection entirely over the phone.
- Inform the customers about the overdues in their account and clear the dues at the earliest.
- Ensure the customers are aware of the consequences of not clearing the dues on time.
- Planning course of action to recover outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment deadlines and payment plans.
- Collection to be done in assigned retail loans and any other loans as assigned by the Bank from time to time.
Pay:
₹228, ₹246,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
