Role Description

You should have excellent communication skills with indepth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
You should work with complete ownership of the facility (Kitchen) related to manpower, hygiene, record keeping, discipline, grooming etc.
Assist with the preparation and planning of product line as per requirement.
Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner.
Resolve production problems and concerns personally.
Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies.
Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including all activities related to production.
Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet company standards.
Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance.
Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations.
Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly production related documentation
Complete kitchen audits as per schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in culinary science or relevant field (IHM).
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Bakery and Confectionary/Desserts, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
Good understanding of MS Office.
Teamworkoriented with outstanding leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
