Description

Define and develop the social media and branding strategies for diverse digital channels and test emerging digital technology solutions and platforms, building an audience or expanding current audience base.

• Lead the execution of a full spectrum of digital campaigns and programs, through multiple channels.
• Associate and work on mobile/web technologies, 1:1 campaign management platform, and measurement and analytical tools.
• Design and implement a weekly/ monthly social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, and create promotion/ ad strategies for the same.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook/ Twitter timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts) in line with strategy and goals.
• Manage end-to-end digital projects.
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
• Manage and plan expenditure on paid promotions, and ads on social media.
