    As a Salesforce - Member Of Technical Staff, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex class and Apex Triggers, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data integrity and seamless flow of information.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, Flows, dynamic Forms, and validation rules.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications, providing timely support to end-users.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Agile Methodology: Contribute to agile ceremonies to improve team performance i.e. daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

    • Skill, Experience and Qualifications Required :

  • 1.5 to 4 years of prior working experience in salesforce technology with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development , including Apex Class, Apex triggers, and Lightning Components.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization , including Flows, validation rules, Dynamics forms, Custom relationships and custom objects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management and data migration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with version control tools and source-code editor (VS Code) are advantage.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I) are a plus.
