Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on selling staffing services within the US market.

Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including knowledge of recruiting processes, industry trends, and relevant regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.

Results-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.


Salary:
₹300, ₹450,000.00 per year
