Overview

Hubbler is looking for an Operations Executive - Business Solutions to engage with Clients and provide Mobility solutions to business processes.

Role and Responsibilities
You would focus on understanding various Business processes by engaging with the customers along with the Sales managers and provide them suitable Apps to improve their efficiency


Responsibilities

• Passionate individual with a love for Business Solutioning and Technology
• Upto 3 years of work experience preferably in selling/ solutioning of technical product/services
• IT/ Electronics /Mobile Technology background
• Good communication skills and English diction both spoken and written
• Professional demeanour for a client facing role and confidence to handle all levels of hierarchy
• Should be comfortable to travel to client locations within and outside the city
• Selfstarter who will be proactive in understanding and getting service and operations work done

Requirements:

• Meet clients along with Sales to provide app based solutions for business processes
• Setup customer accounts and onboard users on system and walk them through
• Provide mobile app demos to customers
• Coordinate with different teams to resolve queries / requests /complaints from customers within acceptable timelines

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (not mandatory though)
