Description
At least 6-7 years of NPO 3G RF optimization Experience

Having 4 years of hands on experience on OSS Based 3G RF Optimization

Understanding of Nokia ND reports (RSRAN_X) related to 3G

Exposure to Customer handling and Good & Effective at Communication & Presentation

Clear understanding of 3G Fundamental, Concepts, Basic KPIs and procedures i.e

Good Know how of Nokia Tools and Products (Air scale BTS, NetAct)
