Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Management and interaction with client and Bid management Management of Project budgets Management of client feedback
  • Review and manages the performance of shows Supervising of Data Ingest and deliveries
- coordinate obtaining bids for shots to producers
- coordinate content uploads/downloads to/from clients with PSBs
- establish delivery schedules
- communicate with producer and clients
- problem-solve, coordinate changes in work expectations from client or internally
- assign artists to shots for timely completion of shots
- oversee day to day responsibilities of production coordinator
- coach and assess performance of production coordinator
