Opening for Customer Service Executive in Malad, Mumbai

Salary - upto 30k CTC
Minimum experience - 6 months
4 DAYS WORK FROM OFFICE AND 2 DAYS WORK FROM HOME
Any Graduate & Good English communications required
Shift: 11 am - 8 pm shift and it will be 6 days working with 1 weekly off (on any weekday)
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Well versed with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Knowledge of MS Access would be added benefit
- Good overall computer knowledge
- Well versed with background verification profile if experienced
- Should have Customer Service experience.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Outbound calling to customers to verify their profile.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Coordinate with network marketing companies and clients with respect to different
- Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Data Maintenance
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
