    Job Title : Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management

    Location : Bangalore

    Experience : 6-8years

    Job Description :

    Summary :

    As a Human Resources Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and integrating initiatives or programs related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce, and data administration using Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management. Your typical day will involve providing deep subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and maintenance of contractual scope of work.

    Roles & Responsibilities :

    • Lead the development, implementation, and integration of initiatives or programs related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce, and data administration using Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management.
    • Provide deep subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and maintenance of contractual scope of work.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

    Professional & Technical Skills :

    Must To Have Skills :

    • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Management.

    Good To Have Skills :

    • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, Workforce, and data administration.
    • Strong understanding of global process design, deployment, and maintenance of contractual scope of work.
    • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
