    Requirements

    RoleDescription:

    • Formulateorganize and coordinate interconnected projects across variousdepartments andgeographies.
    • Leveragethe past experience or gradually pickup technical aspects of ITapplications (ERP SaaS enterprise applications) or newagetechnologies such as AI/ML IoT RPA etc. that are currently used byclients or other market standard technologies recommended by us tothe client. This will help the consultant drive the projectsseamlessly.
    • Leveragethe past experience or gradually pickup functional aspects whichinclude business processes in the areas of the supply chain financesales & distribution marketing retail eCommerceetc.
    • Project/ProgramManagement of various corporate IT programs and largescale ITimplementations
    • Responsiblefor planning resource management issue/risk management stakeholdermanagement and reporting on the projects /programs
    • Identifyimprovement and efficiency opportunities across theprojects
    • Implementproject review and quality assurance to ensure successful executionof goals and stakeholdersatisfaction
    • Bethe liaison between senior business stakeholders and technologyteams to make programs successful from a businessperspective.
    • Handson experience in establishing and running large initiatives throughstructuredprograms.
    • Defineand document the Project Objectives Scope Assumptions Risks andMitigation. Develop a highlevel Project chart with milestones andestimated timelines. Detail the resources points of contactexecution method and supportmechanism.
    • Developa detailed project plan with tasks resources timelines statustracking. Monitor and track progress of the project plan. Ensureresource availability allocation and tasks are completed on time tothe satisfaction ofstakeholders.
    • Managetimely appropriate communication and relationship with clientsvendors partners and other stakeholders. Create and manage periodicreporting of project execution status and other trackers instandard acceptedformats.
    • Ownthe project plans delivery ontime and in scope to the satisfactionof all stakeholders. Perform periodic risk assessment and minimizerisks through appropriate planning andescalation.
    • Measureand communicate project performance using standard techniques andmeasures. Maintain a comprehensive project documentation that isreusable.

    • Experiencein working in Waterfall Agile and/or Hybrid projectenvironments
    • PriorExposure in FMCG IT Programs will be an addedadvantage
    • Strongworking experience in Microsoft tools (Excel PowerPoint etc.)including good presentationskills

    EducationalQualifications:

    • Strongeducational background from reputed engineering institutes ormanagement schools with 36 years ofexperience
    • Certificationsin Project Management or Agile domain like PMP PRINCE2 CSM CSPOSAFepreferred

    Role Description: Formulate, organize, and coordinateinter-connected projects across various departments andgeographies. Leverage the past experience or gradually pick-uptechnical aspects of IT applications (ERP, SaaS, enterpriseapplications) or new-age technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, RPA, are currently used by clients or other market standardtechnologies recommended by us to the client. This will help theconsultant drive the projects seamlessly. Leverage the pastexperience or gradually pick-up functional aspects which includebusiness processes in the areas of the supply chain, finance, sales& distribution, marketing, retail, eCommerce, etc.Project/Program Management of various corporate IT programs andlarge-scale IT implementations Responsible for planning, resourcemanagement, issue/risk management, stakeholder management andreporting on the projects / programs Identify improvement andefficiency opportunities across the projects Implement projectreview and quality assurance to ensure successful execution ofgoals and stakeholder satisfaction Be the liaison between seniorbusiness stakeholders and technology teams to make programssuccessful from a business perspective. Hands on experience inestablishing and running large initiatives through structuredprograms. Define and document the Project Objectives, Scope,Assumptions, Risks and Mitigation. Develop a high-level Projectchart with milestones and estimated timelines. Detail theresources, points of contact, execution method and supportmechanism. Develop a detailed project plan with tasks, resources,timelines, status tracking. Monitor and track progress of theproject plan. Ensure resource availability, allocation and tasksare completed on time to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Managetimely appropriate communication and relationship with clients,vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Create and manageperiodic reporting of project execution status and other trackersin standard accepted formats.
