If you are an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience in Fixed Asset, we are looking forward for you to apply. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fastpaced business environment while being a good excellent team and be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement._

Responsibilities_
In this role, you shall be responsible for assisting in management of company Fixed assets._

- _Prepare the creation of company fixed assets in the accounting system._
- _Creation/ Dispersal/Transfer of fixed assets in books of account._
- _Ensure the assets are properly depreciating according to GAAP guidelines._
- _Ensure that the assets are properly listed with their respective entity._
- _Reconciliation for Fixed assets_
- _Excellent communication skills needed to communicate independently with business team._

- _Relevant work experience in Fixed assets_
- _Good Written and Verbal Communication skills_
- _Knowledge on Yardi system_
