Description

As a Virtual CFO, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all Finance & Accounts department operations remotely.

You will provide crucial financial insights to the management by analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and maintaining a highly profitable balance sheet.

Your role encompasses daily management of company accounts, profit and loss statements, auditing, and ledger maintenance.

Key Accountabilities:

Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining transparency in financial reporting.

Financial Insights and Guidance:
Provide insights and guidance to support operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Strategic Planning:
Prepare and present business plans to the Board, along with relevant financial analysis.

Policy Development:
Develop policies related to the finance domain and prepare board notes for effective decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with banks, related parties, and government authorities for smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Working Capital Management:
Efficiently manage working capital, control costs, and reduce expenses. Invest surplus funds strategically.

Risk Assessment:
Assess capital management, liquidity planning, and overall risk to ensure financial stability.

Financial Presentation:
Present financials accurately to senior management, audit committees, and the board.

Budget Tracking:
Monitor monthly expenses against budget to ensure financial discipline.

Vendor Management:
Manage vendor relationships and oversee company invoicing processes.
