Job Description for Sales Associate

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and explain the features and benefits of the products.
Assist customers in finding the perfect products and complete sales transactions efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

Sales and Merchandising:

Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques.
Actively promote the products, special offers, and promotions to drive sales.
Maintain an uptodate knowledge of product inventory and availability.
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and replenished on the sales floor.
Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the management team.

Store Operations:

Follow all operational procedures and policies, including cash handling and opening/closing duties.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and all customer areas.
Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in stock management activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Brand Representation:

Uphold the brand image through personal presentation and behavior.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for products and the brand.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Continuously develop product expertise and stay updated on new product launches.
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and promoting brand loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.
Proven experience in a customerfacing sales role, preferably in the retail industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric approach.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
Passion for fashion, jewelry, and luxury retail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with pointofsale systems.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise when required.

Salary:
₹20, ₹21,000.00 per month
