    Description

    Senior Associate Business Finance and Responsibilities:

    1. Track KPI's and success metrics on a regular basis and prepare reports and dashboards for senior management to make strategic decisions.


    • Work with different teams to forecast budget utilization vis a vis business strategy
    • Develop framework to identify health of budget utilization activities
    • Pro-active identification of deviations
    • Work with senior management to understand new and growth initiatives undertaken by various teams.
    • Work with teams to understand the efforts associated with the same and simulate budget allocation
    • Define KPI's & success metrics with teams at the time of budget allocation
    • Conduct research and prepare reports as per management direction on new initiative )
