Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing comprehensive endtoend management of the entire cold chain vertical, including fleet and operations.
  • Monitoring and strategizing for the performance and work plans of each truck individually, as well as for the entire fleet comprising 100 trucks or more.
  • Taking charge of leadership and support for all sales and business development initiatives to scale up the organization and expand its functions.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients at the executive level while also expanding key accounts.
  • Providing guidance and training to personnel on the shop floor and support functions to ensure the smooth execution of all delivery operations.
  • Implementing costeffective measures and introducing best practices to optimize cost control.
  • Creating matrices and reports for weekly and monthly reporting procedures.
  • Managing internal stakeholders and actively participating in organizational performance and operational strategy discussions.

Job Requirements:


  • Possess 1014 years of managerial experience within the cold chain logistics industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sizable fleet.
  • Proficiency in leading multifunctional teams.
  • Comfortable working from the Dharuhera office.
