Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and innovative curriculum related to food production and culinary arts.
Conduct practical training sessions to enhance students' culinary skills and techniques.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students to help them succeed in their academic and professional endeavours.
Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in food production and culinary arts.
Participate in academic and administrative activities, including curriculum development, student assessments, and program evaluation.

Qualifications:

Master degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Extensive professional experience in food production and culinary arts, preferably in a leadership role.
Must have experience in hotel industry as Chef in Indian, tandoor or World cuisines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic academic environment.
