    Description
    Position:System Architecting & Proposals Engineer
    JobTitle: System Architecting & ProposalsEngineer The SystemArchitecting & Proposals Engineer will play a pivotal roleensuring Strategic Accounts and Prospective customers have aconsistent and firstrate quotation experience.He /She will deliver ontime accurate winningproposals in a format developed jointly with the customer.
    1. Responsibilities:
    • AnalyseRFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customer.
    • Prepare costing using standard process andtools based on inputs such as specification documents P&IDslayout drawings IO Summary if available BOQ etc
    • Prepare offer documentation consistent withdata provided by sales team.
    • To help deliver awinning bid with a clear scope with accurate technical andcommercial commitments in a timely manner and within the definedtender budget that will result in a clearly defined and profitablecontract.
    • Prepare System Architecturestechnical submittals compliances / deviation lists
    • Ensure the specifications of proposals meetswith the customer s requirements and needs.
    • Maintain tools to track status and completiondaily and update sales team on daily/weekly basis on progress andany obstacles/delays.
    • To assist Sales teamduring technical and commercial clarification pertaining proposalwith clients.
    • Participate in weekly reviews.
    • Provide Benchmark data from similar bids.
    1. Technical Skills andAbilities Required:
    • Proficient on PLC fieldinstruments electrical control/MCC panels and SCADA/BMS Softwareconcepts.
    • Proficient at evaluatingspecification documents P&IDs layout drawings IO Summaryetc
    • Proven expertise OR ability to learn andexcel very fast with new BMS/EMS platforms.
    • Excellent skills on Microsoft office tools(Word Excel Powerpoint).
    1. General SkillsRequired:
    • Excellent problem solvingand organization skills.
    • Excellent skills onMicrosoft office tools.
    • Able to work underpressure with tight schedules.
    • Ability to workindependently while also collaborating with different teams.
    • Adapt to sales stage situations and supportsales team.
    • Able to take decisions in complexcontext based on imperfect/missing conditions.
    1. QualificationsRequired:
    • BE Diploma MSc(Electrical/Instrumentation).
    • Minimum of 3 to5 years of experience in system architecting and sales support roleis mandatory.
    • Good Experience and strongknowledge in Building Management Systems and Industrial automationwill be preferred.
