Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle daytoday accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and file income tax returns for the company in compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Handle GSTrelated tasks, including tax calculations, filing returns, and maintaining records of GST transactions.
  • Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and uptodate financial records.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all financial activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process and provide necessary documentation and information.
  • Assist in other accountingrelated tasks and projects as assigned.

Experience and Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of income tax filing procedures and regulations.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other taxation laws and processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
