YourResponsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms(job boards social media campus recruiting)
• Manage and update candidate information in our applicanttracking system (ATS)
• Participate in candidatescreening and phone interviews
• Aid inscheduling interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers
• Provide administrative support to thetalent solutions team (data entry report generationetc.)
• Research industry trends and bestpractices in talent acquisition

• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
• Ability to work independently and takeinitiative
