The firm is amongst the largest mutual fund company in the United States and has significant presence in India.


Job Purpose:


This role will be leading key initiatives for global Health & Welfare Digital transformation, providing leadership to India team and driving talent transformation charter working with global Process Excellence function.


Job Accountabilities:


  • Provide leadership and management support for India team in the Health & welfare Operation space.
  • Ensure the team delivers against department's operational goals like SLA compliance, Timeliness, Risk mitigation and compliance
  • Make sure strategic messages are reinforced, the team is enabled to contribute to department's transformation goals related to S&E, process enhancements, automation etc. Work closely in partnership with the PMO & Transformation team driving change for entire India team.
  • Driving large transformational change involving people and talent reskilling
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in any function with 20+ years of experience in Operations. A combination of Operations & IT / Implementation is ideal
  • Prior background in US Health & Welfare or Benefits Administration is a must
  • Prior background in digital transformation, process design, six sigma is desirable
  • Location: Bangalore
