Position:
IT International Sales


Experience:
1-10 years

Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international IT service market.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT service solutions to address their business challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and present detailed proposals that highlight the value proposition of our IT services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Lead negotiations and facilitate the closure of deals with clients.
  • Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and our organization.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and successful service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international IT service sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:


  • Familiarity with various IT services/ Resource Augmentation and Custom Development, including but not limited to cloud services, cybersecurity, software development, and managed IT services.
  • Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
