    Roles & Responsibilities

    Work with legal staff to integrate into client facing documents, Work in a high-paced department and multi-task many contracts in various stages of negotiation., Able to coordinate litigation matters., Ability to analyze risks and complex issues and advise internal business partners appropriately., Ability to conduct research on legal subjects., Ability to comprehend complex commercial contract related queries and review the same., Should Be team player with good interpersonal skill do deal with stake holders/Agencies.

    Expertise & Qualification

    Degree of organization, Understanding On technology products and services agreement u2013 SAAS, API, EULA., Experience In digital marketing and advertisement industry, will be a plus., Should Have strong contract drafting, review and negotiation skills, Hands on exposure for working knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Word)., Knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Word).
