Working knowledge of Statistics and familiarity with common data science toolkits
Excellent communication (written and oral) & technical writing skills

Prior experience in P&C and L&H Insurance analytics (Claims, Pricing, Marketing)
Professional software development experience including documentation and testing
Working experience in containerized, cloudbased environments, especially Microsoft Azure
Experience with developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience in designing, developing, deploying and operating scalable RESTful microservices
Knowledge and experience in DBMS technologies
Knowledge and experience in Monitoring systems
Knowledge on software architecture design principles
Experience working in a crossfunctional and distributed agile team
