Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join Veg Ease Company as a Supervisor.


Experienced supervisor adept in handling fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring optimal quality control, and maintaining strict adherence to hygiene standards.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations within the company's facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently and lead and support a team of production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and meet production targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

Production Management:

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operating procedures.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to meet production targets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve productionrelated issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement process changes that enhance productivity and product quality.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in inventory control and management to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production metrics, team performance, and any other relevant data.

Employee Development:

  • Encourage professional growth and development of team members through training and skillbuilding initiatives.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,402.54 per month
