KeyResponsibilities:

• Understandthe current system and data architecture identify future needs andcreate solutions to help meet thoseneeds.
  
• Createbest in class suggestions for strategic and operationalimprovements and changes which can be consistently andcosteffectivelydeployed
  
• Ensurethat when the solution is delivered the business truly owns thatthis is what they wanted and is prepared to useit
  
• Weighopportunities and potential risks attached to suggestionsmade
  
• Identifyunderstand and evaluate the processes and information technologychanges required to introduce therecommendations
  
• Seekfor standardization of systems processes and operational models andtheir alignment to those of the Group and/or the Region to generateefficiencies and economies of scale and deliver consistenthighquality service across allBusinesses
  
• Produceclear and complete written documentation to support the work reporton the findings and present to stakeholders. Archiving them as wellfor future reference (eg. Internal and external auditreviews)
  
• Ensureplans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact ofthe changesmade
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Musthave experience in one of the Risk stripes Operational Risk/CreditRisk/Market Risk
  
• Exposureto Risk management and financial statements could be a plus.
  
• SolidKnowledge of Risk Reference Data sets and taxonomies. Able tostandardize datadictionaries
  
• Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills
  
• Musthave good knowledge in Risk data elements andstructures
  
• Solidunderstanding of Risk data model framework. (Investment bankingoperations)
  
• Musthave strong data analysis background. Should be able to querymultiple datasets Pl/SQL experiencepreferred.
  
• Solidunderstanding of excel functions.
  
• Must havevery strong mapping data lineage data traceability creation.
  
• Able toeffectively communicate and collaborate with architects developerswithin the team and business stakeholders on data process andchangemanagement
