The opportunity

EY GDS Content Center of Excellence is a fast-growing team of talented copywriters, editors, content strategists, thought leadership writers, technical writers and editorial managers.

People in the team provide support for key global EY publications and campaigns.


The Supervising Associate — Go-to-Market Content will play a pivotal role in helping our accounts and solutions teams deliver compelling, timely, insight-based go-to-market (GTM) solutions.

The role holder will be responsible for gathering inputs, creating content for GTM materials, working with the Service lines, Knowledge, Markets and BMC teams, and managing the end-to-end publishing of the GTM materials.

The role will be expected to manage teams and projects, when necessary, work on high-stakes material and provide consultation to the client on best practices to take GTM materials to the audiences.


Your key responsibilities

  • Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by helping identify objectives, strategies, gotomarket priorities, target audiences, differentiators and other aspects
  • Develop and project manage clientcentric customizable content which supports activation through sectors and accounts (e.g., solution presentation decks, talk tracks, Q&A, etc.)
  • Help develop compelling narratives to build and position consistent and distinctive content that drives demand
  • Build a robust content strategy that incorporates the bestinclass standards for market activation
  • Translate GTM strategy and complex solution information into clear, concise, compelling GTM content
  • Ensure content is smart, buyercentric and in alignment with EY writing and style guidelines
  • Support preparation and materials development for business development client meetings
  • Support gotomarket campaigns for markets priorities including working with the solution owners to drive pipeline operations
  • Assist in the creation of a selfserve pack of sales collateral, templates, tools and guidance for accounts team
  • Create and manage sales collaterals and toolkit development from scratch, including conducting kickoff calls with the solution leader and other stakeholders to discuss agenda, sales toolkit development lifecycle and timelines, etc.
  • Develop robust project plans around gotomarket initiatives for solutions and works with stakeholders to obtain buyin and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps
  • Implement local and global best practices, process consistency and synergies for gotomarket activation in the region
  • Analyze the impact of the gotomarket initiatives on the pipeline
  • Work with onsite client servicing and marketing teams to help manage external communication programs

  • Business content development and campaign management skills and knowledge, handson marketing experience
  • Ability to quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal and external audience, core offerings and our clients' issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally
  • Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to work in a highpaced multitasking environment with high levels of business engagement
  • Team player with a knack to motivate the team to deliver programs within a stipulated timeframe
  • Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, risk management and team management skills, and business sensibility
  • Ability to analyze and interrogate data to unearth oneofitskind stories
  • Comfortable and confident engaging, persuading and negotiating with senior stakeholders
  • Skilled at planning and executing content across a variety of channels and formats in support of campaign objectives

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in English literature or mass communication
  • At least 89 years of related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of a professional services organization
  • Executive presence, strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Consulting agency or Big Four experience

Technologies and tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Knowledge in Project Management tools and methods
