Responsibilities:


Student Guidance:
Provide personalized guidance to students on educational and career pathways.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' academic goals, interests, and challenges.
Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and extracurricular activities based on their aspirations and strengths.


College and Career Planning:
Stay updated on educational and career trends, admission requirements, and industry developments.
Advise students on college and career options, helping them make informed decisions about their future.

Collaborate with admissions offices to stay informed about admission criteria and requirements of various educational institutions.


Resource Management:
Maintain a comprehensive database of educational resources, including scholarship opportunities, internship programs, and career development resources.
Provide information on financial aid options, scholarships, and grants to eligible students.


Monitoring and Evaluation:
Track and evaluate students' academic progress and provide timely feedback.
Identify and address any academic or personal challenges that may hinder students' success.


Qualifications:


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:

Previous experience in education counseling or a related field is preferred.


Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.


Knowledge:
Familiarity with educational systems, college admissions processes, and career development resources.


Problem-Solving:
Ability to assess individual needs and provide effective solutions.


Technology Skills:
Proficiency in using counseling software and educational resources.


Salary:
₹16, ₹25,000.00 per month
