Description
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure the effective delivery of academic programs

  • Develop and implement a vision for academic excellence, based on best practices and current educational trends
  • Create and maintain a positive and supportive school culture that promotes learning and student achievement
  • Manage the schools budget, resources, and personnel, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring staff
  • Collaborate with teachers to establish academic goals and implement strategies to achieve them
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with families, community organizations, and other educational institutions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local education laws and regulations
  • Represent the school in local and regional education forums and committees
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and families

Schedule:
