We have grown over 1600% in revenues in the last provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell.

Our IVA is transforming financial institutions' call centers from a cost to a revenue center.
Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding.

Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1.

We are 120 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.

Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft, and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems.

Our India team consists of people from ISB, IIMs, and many who have been previously part of early-stage startups.
We are a fully remote team. Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues.


Do You Make the Cut?
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

  • Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from our standard set of offerings
  • Aligning solution architecture (including a statement of work, schedules, and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
  • Design and Architect end to end solutions content that characterizes what products or services are being proposed and how these services will be delivered
  • Act as a single point of contact on deals from Deal closure to Go Live
  • Estimate for Project or Program Management and or technical effort to drive scope and produce deliverables
  • You will be an allrounder who can design and deliver software by implementing a scalable backend and have a good knowledge of Frontend in a fastmoving, collaborative setup
  • Ability to present to senior level customer executives on Conversational AI and Intelligent Virtual Assistance solution architecture
  • Mentor more junior solution architects on targeted accounts
  • Support targeted sales processes representing Professional Services
  • Support targeted Virtual Assistantsolution training needs
  • Collaborate with product teams on key design needs virtual assistantsolution
  • Develop best practices for targeted solution offerings and a process to manage SA best practices in solution design

Requirements:


  • Extremely selfmotivated

  • Passionate about the possibilities at the intersection of AI + Banking
  • Worked in a startup of 5 to 30 employees
  • 10+ years of experience as Solutions Architect or any other technofunctional roles catering to US customers
  • Extensive handson experience in , 4.NoSQL DBs and Relational Database (preferably MYSQL/PostgreSQL)
  • Strong understanding of systems using realtime interactions (web sockets, longpolling, serversent events)
  • Implementation of security and data protection.
  • Experience managing multiple services and modules with distributed and scalable systems.
  • Working closely with product owners to help gather and refine requirements for upcoming product features.
  • Experience working in an agile team environment and proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Mentor junior developers in best practices, providing guidance for implementation strategies.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Angular.
JS or

  • Experienced in positioning and delivering complex AI solution as a Solution Architect
  • MBA is good to have, but not mandatory
  • Should have excellent analytical skills and critical thinking ability
  • Have thirst for knowledge and a love of research
  • Previous work experience in a chatbot space is a huge plus
